Petroleum is one of the useful Homeopathic medicine for skin complaints

Skin symptoms of Petroleum are as follows:-

•  Skin DIRTY, THICK and ROUGH.
•  Skin complaints comes and worse during winter. 
•  Skin, Itching at night and burning over skin crack skin:- skin is dry rough and crack easily 

Skin CRACKS :- 

• Cracks on the skin of hands and feet thick that bleeds easily.

Crusta lactae :-

• Greenish crust form on the skin that burns and itch. It is good remedy for cluster lactea. 
• Eruptions of scalp are moist

Psoriasis:-

• Skin dirty, hard and rough skin dry cracks all over the skin.
• Psoriasis on hands and feet with cracks that bleeds easily. 
• Skin become Thick and scales are formed.  

Eczema:- 

• Skin Redness, Dryness.
• Tips of the fingers become rough and Cracked.

Itching:-

Herpes :- 

• Herpes of genital organs that extends to thighs.
